Unfortunately the Ride the North (RtN) 2020 event was cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Traditionally RtN has been a two day challenge cycling event taking place across Aberdeenshire and Moray, and we look forward to being part of the event when it returns in 2021.
RtN features the beautiful backroads of North East Scotland and the natural environment of a region which is home to Scotland’s Castle Country, the Malt Whisky Trail and the Cairngorms National Park. RtN is a non-competitive event which invites entries from individuals, groups and corporate teams to enjoy all that is wonderful about riding a bike through the Grampian Highlands.
RtN is not a race nor a sportive, it a challenge ride which celebrates the love of cycling and the scenery in this part of Scotland. There will be refreshment stations every 20-25 miles and the organisers work in partnership with the local communities to ensure all cyclists are well looked after along the way. The route is always on the back-roads of North East Scotland, in the foothills of the Grampian Highlands (in Aberdeenshire and Moray).
If you are interested in taking part in this event as part of the KWS team in 2021, please contact email@example.com for more information and to register your interest.
